We can help you to get out and about

For our dial-a-ride services, we ask you to complete and return a membership registration form. We arrange an appointment to visit you to determine your requirements and how we can assist you. Once accepted as a member of the service, we ask for an annual £15 registration fee.

Standard single journeys are £3.00 each way and an average journey is usually 3 miles. For longer journeys, between 4 and 10 miles, the fare is £5 each way and we will quote individually on journeys exceeding 10 miles.

Our day to day operating area is Greater Norwich which includes Drayton, Hellesdon, Catton, Sprowston, Thorpe St Andrew, Trowse, Lakenham, Eaton, Cringleford, Earlham, Bowthorpe, Costessey, city centre and Riverside development.

Once you have registered and have received confirmation of your membership, you are ready to make your booking. All you need to do is call us on 01603 776735.

We take bookings as follows:

  • For social trips – Up to 2 days prior to your planned journey.
  • For the doctor, dentist or other health and therapy appointments – Up to 7 days prior to your planned journey.

If you ever need to cancel a journey, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can offer the place to someone else.

The telephone number to book is 01603 776735 and the line is open Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 2pm.

At weekends we sometimes undertake group bookings, subject to driver team availability. We also try to extend our services to meet the need of disabled groups/organisations across Norfolk.

Risk Assessments
