In association with The Canaries Trust, Norwich City Football Club, Norfolk County Council, Age UK Norwich, Age Friendly Norwich and Inclusive Norwich Partnership, Norwich Door to Door are delighted to offer a mobility bus service between County Hall & Carrow Road on match days. This service is for anyone who has mobility issues and struggles, or is unable to complete the walk between County Hall and Norwich City Football Stadium. We can also accommodate wheelchair users if your wheelchair folds up.
Details of the service are:
• Transport from County Hall to Carrow Road for yourself and one carer if required.
• Cost is £5 return per passenger.
• Accessible minibus service.
• Parking on County Hall forecourt, where you will pick up the mobility bus (a £2 parking fee will apply).
• For Saturday match days (3.00pm ko) ensure you arrive in good time to allow for boarding. The buses will depart County Hall at 1.15pm (Evening and other kick-off times – bus leaving times will be displayed on booking page)
• Drop off and pick up outside the Holiday Inn Norwich and return to County Hall following the match. Ensure you arrive at the buses by 15 mins after the final whistle to enable fastest return to County Hall.
Always check ticket details for bus departure time from County Hall.
Please note supporters will need to have a valid matchday ticket to make use of the mobility bus service.
